Three ways to measure your progress in yoga:

  1. How flexibility were you when you started your yoga practice? Worse than now. The same as when I started. Much better than when I took my first class.

  2. How is your strength now in comparison to the way you were when you started?

  3. How is your balance now in comparison to when you started?
